Who we are

High Five International ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect personal data you choose to send us. When you contact us by email, including through the request forms on this site, we receive:

• Your name, email address, and company name
• The content of your message

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your request and discuss a possible engagement, based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the website secure and available, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers for website hosting and email. They process personal data only on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and for no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email simon@high5intl.com. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Apps we publish

Apps published by High Five International describe their data practices in their App Store privacy details and in the app. Where an app's practices differ from this policy, the app-specific information applies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
